| The 2002 International Casino Exhibition held at Earls Court in late January saw the British debut of a new variant of the increasingly popular poker game of Texas Hold'em. This time it is a house game designed to be dealt by a croupier for casino patrons to play in the main casino. Players play the house and not other players in this variant. Subject to the dealer qualifying, its a straight contest between the dealers hand and the players. The player may also get paid a bonus on his ante bet. |

| The creator of the game, Stephen Au-Yeung, is also the man that gave famous poker player Dave Ulliott the nickname "Devilfish". |

| So far the game has been taken up by casinos in Egypt, the Seychelle Islands and Austria where you'll find it at the Concord Card Casino. Those interested in taking the game include The Crown Casino in Melbourne and the Aviation Club in Paris. |

| PLAYING INSTRUCTIONS |
1. Before the play, the player places a bet in a box marked ‘ante’ The dealer then deals two cards to each player and two cards to himself. All cards are face down. .
2. The dealer then deals three ‘community’ cards face up in the middle of the table. This is called the ‘flop’ and will eventually contain 5 cards at the end of the game.
3. The players then have to decide whether to continue by placing a further bet, which must be double the original bet in a box, marked ‘call’ or they can their hand and lose their ‘ante’.
4. If a player chooses to continue then two more cards are dealt to make a 5 card ‘flop’. Each player’s aim is to achieve the best possible 5-card hand by using a mixture of his two cards and five cards on the flop.
5. The dealer then exposes his two cards to see which hand wins, comparing to every other individual players hand.
6. If the dealers hand is lower than a pair of four’s he fails to qualify and pays the ‘ante’ bets to those players who are still in.
7. If the dealers hand is a pair of four’s or better, and he loses to the players hand, then he pays the players ‘ante’ and ‘call’ bets at even money. If, however, the dealer’s hand is higher than the player’s hand, then he takes both the Players ‘ante’ and ‘call’ bets.
8. The players ‘ante’ bets can receive bonus payments if the players achieve a specific ranking hand. Providing his ‘ante’ beat win.

| BASIC STRATEGY |
| If the player's cards form an inside straight draw or flush draw with the flop then the player must always call. If either of the player's cards pair with a flop card then always call. If the player holds any card above 7 then call, otherwise obey the table below. |
